Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller, based in Noida. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain financial health by managing budgets, forecasts, and accounting systems. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing financial processes, and providing executive leadership with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage budgets and financial systems
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Experience with compliance and regulatory standards related to financial management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial management, preferably in industries such as pharmaceuticals or manufacturing, would be an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
