Job details:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor cash flow and working capital management
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external consultants
- Strengthen internal financial controls and processes
- Support management in financial decision-making and strategy
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant Finance Controller experience
- CA qualified candidates preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
- Experience in handling audits and financial closures
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
