Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role located in Bengaluru. The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and prepare financial statements. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, analyzing financial performance, budgeting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. The role also involves providing strategic financial guidance, assisting in audits, and collaborating with leadership to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Accounting principles
• Excellent Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of Finance
• Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
