Hiring: Financial Controller | Gurgaon
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing fintech organization focused on transforming trade finance and working capital solutions across key industries.
Role Overview:
Looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead controllership, compliance, and financial strategy in a dynamic, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting, books of accounts & consolidated statements
• Strengthen internal controls (IFC) & governance frameworks
• Lead audits (internal/statutory) and ensure regulatory compliance (NBFC/RBI)
• Oversee taxation, ROC filings & corporate governance
• Handle treasury, cash flows, banking relationships & capital structuring
• Build MIS, dashboards & partner with business teams for financial insights
Eligibility:
• CA / MBA (Finance); CPA/CIA/CMA preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in controllership, audit & compliance
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, or FinTech (lending/trade finance) is a must

• Strong leadership & stakeholder management
• Expertise in internal controls & compliance frameworks
• Analytical mindset with business acumen
• Ability to work in a fast-evolving regulatory environment
