Senior Accountant / Finance Controller
Role Objective
To independently manage end-to-end accounts, finalisation, compliance, and MIS, ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready books.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Finalisation & MIS
Monthly closing by 5th–7th
Prepare:
P&L
Balance Sheet
Cash flow
Variance analysis vs last month
🔹 Tally ERP Ownership
Maintain clean Chart of Accounts
Ensure correct ledger grouping
Review all entries passed by team
🔹 GST & Compliance
Final responsibility for:
GSTR-1, 3B
2B reconciliation
Ensure zero notices / mismatches
🔹 Amazon & Revenue Reconciliation
Verify:
Amazon settlements vs sales
Fees, returns, reimbursements
Ensure no leakage
🔹 Audit & Controls
Prepare books for CA / audit
Implement maker-checker system
Detect errors proactively
Ideal Candidate Profile
6–10 years experience
Strong in Tally ERP + GST + finalisation
Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing (big plus)
Can work independently without CA dependency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years experience in the area
- Proficiency with TALLY ERP
