Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Hyderabad. The Financial Controller will lead the organization’s financial operations by preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also includes responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supervising accounting practices to achieve organizational financial goals. The individual will work closely with senior management to provide actionable insights and facilitate effective decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
- Proficiency in Finance practices and the ability to conduct Financial Analysis
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data to support strategic decisions
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial control
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within tight deadlines
