Hiring: Financial Controller (Manufacturing + ERP Driven)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Financial Controller who goes beyond reporting and actively drives business performance. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and ERP governance, with a strong focus on manufacturing efficiency and cost control.

Role Overview
You will own and drive financial operations within Odoo, ensuring tight integration across Accounting, MRP, and Inventory. The mandate is to improve visibility, control costs, and enable better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financials within Odoo (Accounting, MRP, Inventory integration)
- Drive product costing at BoM level (standard vs actual variance analysis)
- Monitor production efficiency and identify cost leakages
- Ensure real-time inventory valuation accuracy across RM, WIP, and FG
- Align finance with procurement, production, and sales teams
- Build cost control dashboards beyond traditional P&L
- Manage working capital across inventory cycles
- Ensure GST compliance, audits, and financial governance
- Lead budgeting with production-linked assumptions
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in ERP-driven finance (Odoo or SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- MRP impact on financials
- Costing methods (Standard, FIFO, Weighted Average)
- Ability to translate operational data into financial insights
- Confidence to challenge operations with data, not just report numbers
- Strong analytical mindset with high ownership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA, CMA, or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in manufacturing or plant-level finance
