Finance Controller / Head of Finance
Location: Mumbai (Preferred)

About Us
We are a fast-growing logistics and mobility company building technology-driven solutions across transportation, fleet management, and premium mobility services. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an experienced Finance Controller who can lead our financial strategy, optimize costs, and support fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
* Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Develop financial models to support business expansion and strategic decisions.
* Monitor company profitability and recommend improvement initiatives.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
* Lead equity fundraising, seed funding, venture capital, and institutional funding initiatives.
* Prepare investor presentations, financial projections, and data rooms.
* Coordinate with investors, banks, financial institutions, and consultants.
* Support due diligence and investment transactions.
Financial Control & Compliance
* Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
* Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
* Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory requirements.
* Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
Cost Optimization & Business Improvement
* Identify cost leakages and improve operational efficiency.
* Build financial dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
* Analyze business performance and recommend corrective actions.
* Support management in pricing, profitability, and expansion decisions.
Banking & Treasury
* Manage banking relationships and working capital requirements.
* Handle loan proposals, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
* Optimize cash utilization and funding structures.
Required Qualifications
* CA / MBA Finance / CFA (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or CFO Office roles.
* Experience in fundraising, VC interactions, or investment transactions is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
* Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling skills.
* Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Mobility, SaaS, or Startup environments will be an advantage.
