Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, preparing financial statements, developing internal controls, and leading the accounting team. The role also involves providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
- Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Tax Compliance standards and regulations
- Proficient in Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, and Risk Management
- Advanced proficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- CA is preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate or property management sector is a plus
