Lead the annual budgeting process and establish financial performance metrics.
· Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and implement corrective actions.
· Forecast short-term and long-term financial trends to guide business decisions.
· Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for financial reporting and compliance.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, direct/indirect taxation, and other statutory obligations.
· Implement robust internal financial controls to mitigate risks and fraud.
· Oversee and manage the financial health of the organization, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations.
· Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for business expansion and cost optimization.
