We’re Hiring: Finance Controller / Finance Lead
Are you a strategic finance professional who can drive automation, influence leadership decisions, and architect scalable financial systems? We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant to lead and strengthen the finance function of our client organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client billing operations, ensuring accuracy and reducing corrections, credit notes, and customer queries
- Oversee the payables function, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments
- Improve invoice validation, payment workflows, and purchase order processes
- Ensure compliance of all accounting activities with financial regulations and internal audits
- Lead audit and internal control operations
- Track performance against forecasts and collaborate with HODs to mitigate risks and achieve targets
- Partner with FP&A teams and data analysts for revenue forecasting and performance analysis
- Evaluate and manage fundraising plans and capital structure
- Present financial reports and forecasts to the Board of Directors periodically
- Oversee Legal, Secretarial, and Compliance functions of the organization
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2+ years independently leading the Finance Function or working as Finance Controller
- Strong knowledge of finance controls, corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks
- Working experience in acquisitions and financial consolidation
- Strong leadership capability with a strategic mindset
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
