We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our growing organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, driving month-end close processes, and ensuring audit-ready financials while strengthening internal controls.
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, cash flow, and working capital
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory requirements
• Drive audit readiness, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Build robust financial controls and scalable processes
• Lead/Support ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives
• Identify automation opportunities across accounting workflows
🔹 What We’re Looking For: • CA / CPA / ACCA with 5–7 years of experience in finance controllership/ statutory audit including group reporting.
• Strong expertise in IFRS / Ind AS and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in audit, taxation, and compliance
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience with ERP platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Prior experience with a Big 4 firm will be preferred
💡 Good-to-Have: • Power BI, Power Query, Power Platform
• VBA/Macros for process automation
