About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive accurate reporting for our growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handle E-commerce sales reconciliation across platforms (marketplaces, website, payment gateways)
- Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports and perform reporting reconciliation
- Perform vendor and payment reconciliation
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in E-commerce / D2C
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in sales and payment reconciliation
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and compliances
- Proficiency in tools like Tally / Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Preferred
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Exposure to platforms like Amazon, Flipkart or Shopify
