Role Description The Financial Controller role at Alfa Intercontinental Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Financial Controller will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounting processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights. The role will also involve monitoring internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, coordinating audits, and optimizing financial processes to support lean manufacturing and growth objectives. The Financial Controller will collaborate closely with leadership and operational teams to align financial plans with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Accounting, with proven experience in managing general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Solid background in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, and strong Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in mid- to large-scale operations.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Jaipur.
