Job Title: Financial Consultant / Wealth Advisor
Location: Mumbai – Multiple Branches
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic, goal-driven individuals to join our financial advisory team. As a Financial Consultant, you will guide clients on a range of investment products while driving branch growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new clients
- Promote investments in Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds
- Build lasting client relationships and cross-sell products
- Share market insights, research reports, and investment strategies with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth
- Assist clients with application forms and provide after-sales service
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation | NISM-5 preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales / BFSI / Financial Advisory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
