We are looking for dynamic and ambitious professionals to join our team as Financial Consultants / Wealth Advisors. In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through smart investment planning, relationship management, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients through calls, referrals, and meetings
Promote and advise on Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS & Bonds
Provide market insights, research reports, and IPO/NFO updates
Cross-sell financial products and ensure high client satisfaction
Maintain regular client engagement to ensure retention
Achieve branch AUM growth and sales targets
Support promotional activities and assist in closing leads
Prepare and share daily sales reports
Requirements:
Graduate (NISM-5 certification preferred)
1+ year experience in financial services / sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for financial markets and client success
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives
