Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Consultant in the Agency Channel at HDFC Life, located in Kanjirapalli, with some flexibility for remote work. The Financial Consultant will be responsible for identifying client financial needs, advising on suitable insurance and investment products, and creating comprehensive financial plans including retirement and savings strategies. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, conducting regular reviews of financial plans, and keeping abreast of market trends to offer relevant solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
- Knowledge of Investments and Finance strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Understanding of the insurance and financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or financial consulting is advantageous
