- Internal Audit & Compliance Conduct regular internal audits of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Ensure all financial operations comply with the latest Indian Labor Codes and statutory requirements. Verify compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS) and company internal policies. 2
- Financial Reporting & Analysis Review and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for accuracy. Identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial records and suggest corrective actions immediately. Prepare comprehensive audit reports for the Managing Directors to assist in strategic decision-making. 3
- Internal Controls & Risk Management Evaluate existing internal control systems and recommend improvements to prevent fraud or financial leakage. Monitor budget vs. actual expenditure across different departments (Feed Mill, Hatcheries, and Farms). Ensure that all physical assets are properly recorded and reconciled with the books of accounts. 4
- Process Optimization Audit procurement and supply chain processes, including dealings with contractors and external vendors. Review salary structures and CTC breakups to ensure they align with the current legal framework. Coordinate with external auditors during year-end financial closures and statutory audits.
