Role Purpose
The Senior Financial Applications Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, integration, and optimization of company financial systems. This role ensures seamless operation across a suite of platforms including Sage Intacct, Yooz, Coupa, Shift4, Concur, Revolut, Divvy, Avalara, and Nectari, supporting finance operations and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain financial applications ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Configure workflows, user roles, permissions, and integrations across platforms.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Integration & Automation
- Design and implement integrations between financial systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Automate financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to finance users across global teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolution.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Nectari and other BI tools.
- Support financial planning and analysis through data extraction and visualization.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure systems adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with compliance and security teams to maintain data integrity and privacy.
Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with software vendors for Sage Intacct, Yooz, Coupa, etc.
- Manage licensing, renewals, and service-level agreements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience administering multiple financial platforms, ideally including:
- Sage Intacct, Yooz, Coupa, Shift4, Concur, Revolut, Divvy, Avalara, Nectari
- Strong understanding of finance processes: AP, AR, GL, expense management, tax compliance.
- Experience with data integration tools and APIs.
- Advanced Excel and BI/reporting skills (e.g., Nectari, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in Sage Intacct, Coupa, or similar platforms.
- Experience in the iGaming, cloud, or tech infrastructure sectors.
