Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Manager with 7–8 years of experience to oversee financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, AR/AP, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections
- Maintain financial controls and improve accounting processes
Compliance & Reporting- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and corporate policies
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Support financial audits and internal controls
Administration- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement
- Manage contracts, renewals, and facility operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support systems
- Handle insurance, licenses, and documentation
Team & Process Management- Supervise and guide junior accounts/admin staff
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational support
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter / M Com
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting capability
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
