Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of US Payroll, time-sheet entry, processing retro payments, etc.
• Running reports on employee earnings to answer questions from various governmental agencies.
• Process & answer Payroll queries on Service now portal.
• Enter new garnishment orders into various payroll systems.
• Enter changes and termination of garnishment orders into various payroll systems.
• Scan and upload garnishment order file and attach it to the employee profile in the payroll.
• Prepare a log of the tickets received on daily basis.
• Process certified payroll reports for Prevailing wage jobs.
• Process weekly payrolls and handle Client queries.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate historical records.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Ensuring process SLA’s & TAT are met.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
Qualifications:
• Graduation in commerce
• 2-3 years of experience in Payroll.
• Relevant experience in a multi-unit corporate organization with global exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills
