Role: Financial Analyst:
Financial Analyst is a senior-level strategic partner responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and insights that directly influence business decisions. This role provides advanced financial modeling, executive-level reporting, and thought leadership to support long range planning, operational excellence, and investment strategy. The Finance Analyst works cross functionally with senior leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, and Business Units to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own and manage budgets and actuals across Technology team pillars.
- Review and approve project spend requests.
- Monitor, track, and approve headcount activity.
- Serve as the primary contact for finance process and reporting questions.
- Review actuals every period and identify trends or issues.
- Provide actuals reporting and insights to project teams.
- Represent Finance in governance meetings and provide updates.
Top Skills in an Ideal Candidate:
- Advanced understanding of accruals, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong cross group collaboration and business partnering skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and fast changing environments.
Role Requirements:
- 6-9 years of financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/SmartView, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Prior experience with Oracle Financials and/or Fieldglass (nice to have)
- Strong ability to analyze, navigate, and interpret large financial data sets
- Self-starter who can operate independently in structured and unstructured environments.
- Customer focused with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex data.
