Financial Analyst Intern

Acrotinel is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern who is passionate about analyzing financial data, building reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial modeling, budgeting, and real-world business finance scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for business insights
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Evaluate financial performance and identify trends
• Work on financial models and projections
• Conduct market research and competitor financial analysis
• Support decision-making with data-driven financial insights
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs
• Maintain financial records and documentation
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and financial concepts
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, financial functions)
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Basic knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Eligibility Criteria
• Students or recent graduates from Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
• Freshers with strong interest in finance are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with projects, internships, or certifications in finance preferred
• Knowledge of real-world financial analysis or case studies is an advantage
• Must be available for a full-time remote internship
