This is a Investment Banking finance analyst / associate job with around 2 to 5 years experience requirement. Candidate is expected to do deep sector oriented research on the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Debt transactions and work on detailed financial models, IMs (Power point presentations), valuations and credit notes for mid and large corporates.
Ideal candidate may have around 3 or more years of finance experience and will be a post graduate, Inter CA or MBA from Ahmedabad University, Gujarat University or other good institutes.
