Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a fresher looking to build a career in financial operations, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
•Education: B.Com graduate or CA Inter (cleared/appearing).
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
•Traits: Strong analytical skills, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
•Accounting: Maintain accurate books and financial records in Tally.
•Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to the Company policies.
•Operations: Support the audit process and analyze branch performance metrics.
