We are hiring a Finance Analyst for a leading global healthcare technology organization. This role is part of the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE within Global Finance and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and data-driven environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance analytics, reporting, automation, and stakeholder management, along with exposure to analytics solutions and enterprise finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial analysis, reporting, and business insights using analytics and automation
- Leverage AI and predictive techniques for variance analysis, planning, and decision-making
- Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver analytics solutions
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership and key stakeholders
- Design intuitive dashboards and user-centric reporting applications
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- 4–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and financial data analysis
- Experience building analytics solutions with analytics/tech teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- SAP, OneStream, Advanced Excel
- Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R
- Dashboarding and visualization expertise
- Automation and digital transformation exposure
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Post Graduate Degree/MBA Finance MUST HAVE
