The OpportunityNext Match AI LLC is seeking a highly methodical, numbers-driven Financial Analyst to manage international reconciliation pathways and multi-region platform subscription metrics. As our automated AI recruitment networks and foundational HR API infrastructure expand their footprint across North America, the Middle East, and Asia, managing the high-volume data behind global transactions is essential.
Operating completely remote from within India, you will take ownership of cross-border financial reconciliations, balancing transaction ledgers, and evaluating billing channel efficiency. You will play a vital role in protecting company margins, collaborating directly with our core operational hub in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-Border Ledgers: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of high-volume international subscription flows across multi-currency channels (USD, CAD, AED, SAR).
- Payment Gateway Auditing: Monitor and optimize automated merchant billing data via global processing platforms, auditing payout structures, dispute rates, and processing fees.
- SaaS Unit Economics Tracking: Assist in calculating critical growth metrics, evaluating Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Churn impacts, and specific customer life-cycle values.
- Variance & Performance Reporting: Extract, analyze, and structure high-fidelity monthly transaction logs into concise financial summaries for executive review.
- Process Automation Support: Collaborate with internal system leads to refine reporting mechanisms, integrating automated accounting workflows with our core cloud infrastructure.
Who You Are (Requirements)- Proven Finance Background: 3+ years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst, Reconciliation Specialist, or Corporate Accountant within a global tech firm, SaaS provider, or multinational enterprise.
- Data & Excel Fluidity: Mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, lookups, pivot tools, and logical array formulas); experience with automated BI visualization platforms is a major advantage.
- Cross-Border Understanding: Deep familiarity with international payment structures, handling foreign exchange adjustments, and clearing international transaction gateways.
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to sync seamlessly with distributed international teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
