FP&A Manager – Fractional CFO Office

Role Overview
We are hiring a high-impact FP&A Manager to join our Fractional CFO Office, working closely with senior finance leaders and global clients.
This is not a traditional FP&A role — it combines strategic finance, CFO advisory, and operational execution, offering exposure to multiple industries, business models, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities1. FP&A & Strategic Finance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across client engagements
- Build robust financial models, business projections, and scenario plans
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Design KPIs, analyze unit economics, and track performance metrics
2. Fractional CFO Advisory
- Support senior CFO advisors on client mandates
- Work directly with Founders, CEOs, and CXOs
- Contribute to board decks, investor presentations, and strategic planning
- Advise on cash flow, profitability, and capital allocation
3. Financial Operations & Controllership
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, AR/AP, and financial processes
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Implement scalable finance processes and internal controls
- Drive automation and reporting efficiency
4. Tax & Compliance
- Support tax filings and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with internal and external experts
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
5. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted finance partner to clients
- Manage multiple engagements with high ownership
- Deliver value-driven insights to senior stakeholders
6. Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior team members and review deliverables
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of outputs
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture
7. Growth & Special Projects
- Support new service offerings and internal initiatives
- Build playbooks, frameworks, and knowledge systems
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects
Qualifications & SkillsCore Requirements
- MBA / CA / Master’s in Finance or Accounting (CFA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or CFO advisory
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting, reporting, and compliance
- High ownership mindset with execution focus
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow dynamics
- Experience in multi-client or multi-business environments (preferred)
