Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in New Delhi. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis, preparing financial statements, assisting in financial planning, and evaluating company performance through detailed reporting and forecasting. Additionally, the role involves analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Broad knowledge of core Finance principles and practices
- Expertise in Financial Reporting and generating actionable insights
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex financial data accurately
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
