About The Role
The Finance Manager role at P&G is a strategic and dynamic position responsible for shaping business strategies, making critical financial decisions, and conducting comprehensive planning and analysis across various business segments. Qualifications

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, business forecasts, and presentations for leadership review.
- Evaluate sales strategies for profitability and recommend improvements based on financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against targets, and support cost management initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning activities, contributing to long-term business growth strategies.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
