Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to track performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze budgets and business performance metrics
- Conduct variance analysis for P&L and key business indicators
- Perform competition and market analysis
- Develop and present MIS reports for management reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and business metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation skills
