Job Title: Finance Analyst (FP&A) – Fresher
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst (FP&A) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders to drive insights, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance
- Prepare financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results and identify key trends
- Develop dashboards and reports for management using Excel/BI tools
- Support cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing)
- Assist in preparing investor/management presentations
Requirements- MBA / PGDM in Finance (Freshers welcome)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and FP&A concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI / Tableau (added advantage)
