We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst who can translate financial data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical ability, financial modeling skills, and a clear understanding of business performance metrics. The Financial Analyst will work closely with leadership, finance teams, and business stakeholders to evaluate financial performance, forecast outcomes, and guide strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to support business decisions
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership teams
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for financial performance differences
- Support strategic planning by providing data-driven financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities and investments
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure financial data accuracy and maintain financial documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Experience with financial reporting and forecasting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with financial planning tools or ERP systems
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance
