We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can go beyond numbers and help the business understand what’s really driving performance. This role sits close to decision-making—working with leadership, business teams, and operations to provide clarity on financial health, risks, and opportunities.
You won’t just track numbers—you’ll interpret them, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes.
What You’ll Own
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on revenue, costs, margins, and profitability
- Build financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Track actuals vs forecasts and highlight key variances with actionable insights
- Partner with business teams to evaluate financial impact of decisions and initiatives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and business cases
- Improve financial reporting processes and build scalable frameworks
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect numbers to strategy
- Clear communication - ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders
