Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our on-site team in Raipur. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements, and generating financial reports. Working closely with stakeholders, the role involves evaluating data to drive business decisions, analyzing trends, and ensuring accurate and compliant reporting of financial outcomes. The role also requires the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and financial decision-making processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate financial data
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Knowledge of core Finance principles and practices
- Skilled in generating and analyzing Financial Reports effectively
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar financial analysis software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
- Professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus
