Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly close process by conducting data analysis, making journal entries, monitoring accruals, and performing variance analysis.
- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of key financial and performance metrics, including P&L, Cash Flow, Inflation, Working Capital, and SG&A.
- Develop, standardize, and automate comprehensive financial and performance reports using both Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Excel, ensuring full alignment with OneStream.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for different business units.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and business information through thorough reconciliation processes.
- Independently establish and report regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
- Develop long-term financial forecasts and associated budgets, considering various alternative scenarios.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Provide timely and accurate data for financial planning, analysis, and real-time ad-hoc support for decision-making.
- Continuously enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency, accuracy, and productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating redundancies, and coordinating information requirements.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets, and in-depth analyses as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data for comprehensive financial analysis.
- Meet deadlines set by leadership and the business while proactively supporting peers to manage team workloads and deliver results.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: CA/CMA Fresher. (1-3 years of experience preferred)
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, OneStream.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
