Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Pune District. The Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports to support decision-making and improve financial performance. Daily responsibilities include developing financial plans and forecasts, monitoring budgets, and performing variance and trend analyses. The role involves evaluating investment opportunities, assessing financial risks, and providing clear recommendations to management. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in analyzing Financial Statements and applying advanced Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling, and ERP or accounting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Ability to interpret complex data, present insights clearly, and support strategic and operational decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
