About the Role
We are hiring a Financial or Operations Analyst to support daily cash and margin analysis. This is a hands-on, data-focused role working directly with leadership to provide visibility into payables, cash flow, and product-level profitability. The position does not require a senior-level background — the priority is someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data who can help the team make better day-to-day strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Monitor payables and support high-level cash projection
- Track payouts from Amazon, Target, and other marketplaces against credit card payment due dates
- Flag timing mismatches or potential cash flow risks to leadership
- Pull ad hoc reports from Shopify and run product-level margin analysis
- Export and clean data, build simple Excel models, and summarize findings for the team
- Provide quick-turn analysis to support strategic conversations with the company
What We're Looking For
- Background as a financial analyst or operations analyst (financial analyst preferred)
- Strong Excel skills — comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling
- Experience pulling data from e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus) and marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Target)
- Working knowledge of finance and operations fundamentals — enough to summarize data into clear insights
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently on recurring analysis
- No need for senior-level experience — this is a high-leverage support role for the leadership team
