Job Summary:
- Analyse project performance across various aspects to prepare concise summary reports.
- Monitor and evaluate fund flows on a periodic basis.
- Prepare regular project update reports.
- Develop periodic cash flow models.
- Conduct variance analysis by comparing projections with the business plan.
- Coordinate with developers and other key stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to investors and lenders.
- Conduct research on projects within the micro-market.
- Present reports and insights to business heads, investors, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
