About the Role
We are hiring energetic and motivated Financial Consultants for a reputed financial services organization across Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India
This role involves advising clients on a diverse range of investment products, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving branch growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients via cold-calling, references, and meetings
- Educate clients about financial products and investment strategies
- Promote Equities, Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, Bonds, Currency Trading, and Insurance
- Share research insights and market updates to aid investment decisions
- Cross-sell products to existing clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with application forms and documentation
- Provide post-sales service and ensure client retention
- Maintain daily sales records and achieve performance targets
- Support local promotional and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial product sales or advisory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Graduate in any discipline (NISM-5A certified candidates preferred)
- Goal-oriented and a good team collaborator
