US campaign- ACA affordable care act
Location- Thane West RD 16, Nehru Nagar, wangle state, sunrise business park, 8th floor
Role- Service Advisor US process- ACA
Experience- fresher/ experienced both can apply
Salary- 15 - 30k + incentives
Shift timing- 7:00 pm - 5:00 am
Working days- Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
Requirements
- good communication skills in English
- comfortable Working in us shift
- basic customer handling skills
Key responsibilities
- handle inbound & outbound calls with us customers
- understand customers Requirements and eligibility for health insurance
- explain aca benefits and subsidy plans
- Assist customers in enrollment for 0 dollar/ subsidized health plans.
- maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines.
