What you'll do:
- Speak with inbound users who’ve already shown intent
- Understand their financial situation, priorities, and concerns
- Build trust quickly. Simplify, not overwhelm
- Guide them through our advisory approach and help them get started
- Handle objections with clarity and confidence
- Close. Thoughtfully, not aggressively
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional communicator. Clear, sharp, and grounded
- Strong instinct for people. Can read hesitation, not just hear it
- Comfortable talking about money, decisions, and trade-offs
- Can balance empathy with conviction
- Has experience converting high-intent leads into paying users
