The role is responsible for providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively while also being capable of operating independently. This position requires flexibility, strong ownership, and a willingness to work extended hours when business or process demands require.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with AFC contacts, WWF teams, country teams, Finance & Accounting (F&A) teams, and Account Executives
- Monitor workflow and plan work schedules based on volume and SLA requirements
- Handle ad-hoc billing requests received from country teams
- Follow up with country teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with the Supervisor to arrange required training sessions
- Conduct monthly Product Knowledge tests for the entire team
- Ensure full compliance with UPS policies, data security standards, and SOX compliance requirements
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager based on process needs.
