Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accounting Specialist, located in Guntur. The selected candidate will handle the preparation and analysis of financial statements, utilize accounting software for accurate record-keeping, and conduct financial reporting. The role also involves evaluating and improving financial processes, collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and providing actionable insights through financial analysis.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Candidates from Guntur and Vijayawada are preferred
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and daily cash & bank transactions
• Handle month-end/year-end closing and prepare balance sheet & P&L statements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform bank & ledger reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, and billing statements
• Verify purchase orders with goods received and corresponding invoices
• Reconcile sundry debtors and creditors on a monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory regulations
• Prepare and file GST, TDS returns and coordinate with CA for audits & compliance
• Ensure MCA compliance including ROC filings, annual returns, and statutory records
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Generate MIS reports, monthly statements, and financial insights
• Handle payroll processing, salary statements, and HR-related financial records
