We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Lead to drive the end-to-end modernization of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) towers. This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring a leader capable of managing complex, concurrent initiatives across technology deployment and process harmonization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between legacy operations and future-state automation, leveraging deep domain expertise to standardize global processes while overseeing the deployment of cutting-edge platforms such as HighRadius and ReadSoft. This role demands exceptional governance capabilities, rigorous documentation standards, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Key responsibility:

1. Strategic Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the global transformation roadmap for O2C and P2P, ensuring alignment with broader corporate finance strategies and achieving targeted efficiency gains (cost, speed, quality).
2. Dual-Track Project Leadership: Lead multiple parallel initiatives, balancing technology implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA migration, HighRadius deployment) with non-technology workstreams such as global process harmonization, policy standardization, and master data governance.
3. Technology Integration & Automation: Drive the adoption of HighRadius for AR automation (Cash Application, Collections, Deductions) and ReadSoft for AP invoice automation, ensuring seamless integration with the core SAP landscape.
4. Process Excellence & Harmonization: Champion the standardization of O2C and P2P processes across diverse geographies to eliminate

redundancy, reducing manual touchpoints and enforcing Global Process Owner (GPO) standards.

1. Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain a rigorous project governance framework; oversee schedule adherence, budget management, and risk mitigation while ensuring strict compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.
2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between Finance, IT, and Business Operations; conduct high-level steering committee presentations and manage expectations of CFOs, Controllers, and regional finance heads.
3. Vendor & SLA Management: oversee external vendor performance for outsourced components and technology partners, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Enforce superior documentation standards for process maps (L1-L5), SOPs, and technical requirement documents; leverage ServiceNow for knowledge base management.

Qualification:

1. Education: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA/ACCA/CIMA or MBA preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting (Big 4 background preferred).
3. Domain Expertise: SME-level knowledge of O2C (Credit, Collections, Cash App) and P2P (Vendor Master, PO/Non-PO Invoice processing, Payments).
4. Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-geography transformation projects exceeding $5M+ budget.

Technical skill

1. Core Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA experience will be advantage).
2. Specialized O2C Automation: Hands-on experience with HighRadiusor similar advanced AR automation suites.
3. Specialized P2P Automation: Deep understanding of ReadSoft / Kofax for invoice processing and OCR technologies.
4. Workflow & Governance: Proficiency in ServiceNow for case management and knowledge management.
5. General: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio.
