Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Accountant specializing in US Accounting. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, coordinating audits, maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The role also involves preparing tax documents, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster financial transparency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in US GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong experience in Accounting Software, General Ledger Maintenance, and Reconciliation
- Skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Ability to manage Audits, Tax Preparation, and Compliance Documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the technology or employee engagement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
