Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Daily tasks include managing financial reporting, preparing budgets, collaborating with teams to drive financial operations, and utilizing accounting software to streamline processes. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and support business decisions
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles, including compliance with standards and regulations
- Experience with Accounting Software and financial tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
