Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Noida. The Financial Accountant will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting with audits and statutory filings. The Financial Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, monitor adherence to internal controls, and support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Proficient in Accounting Software and related tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new financial systems.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to draw insights from financial information.
- Hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
