Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Accountant located in Pune Division. The Financial Accountant will oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, and manage financial reporting processes. Responsibilities also include utilizing accounting software to maintain an accurate record of financial transactions, creating detailed financial reports, and providing actionable insights based on financial data. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and maintain efficient budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and in-depth Financial Reporting capabilities
- Strong Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of Finance principles
- Experience using and managing Accounting Software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
- Previous experience in financial accounting, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment
