Role Description

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and maintaining essential financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Compliance & Taxation: Computing taxes, filing annual tax returns, and ensuring the business adheres to local, state, and federal laws.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting management by preparing budget forecasts and analyzing future financial trends to guide resource allocation.
• Auditing: Conducting internal audits to verify the accuracy of records and working with external auditors to ensure compliance with standards like GAAP or IFRS.
• Transaction Management: Overseeing day-to-day accounts payable (vendor payments), accounts receivable (client collections), and payroll processing.
• Data Analysis: Identifying financial trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction or profit maximization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Account Management
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Effective skills in Team Management and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the education or government services sector is an advantage
